Description & Objectives

This project aims to foster the inclusion of young people with disabilities by promoting accessible education, employment, and social participation. Through collaboration between educators, social workers, and policymakers, the initiative seeks to create a more inclusive and supportive environment.

The main objectives are to:

  • Develop inclusive strategies to support young people with disabilities in their daily lives.

  • Provide training and resources for professionals working in education and social services.

  • Raise awareness on accessibility and inclusion at local and regional levels.

Target groups

This project focuses on two key groups:

  • Young people (13-25 years old) who will actively participate in events and initiatives.

  • Local authorities, educators, and youth workers who support and guide young people.

Needs

  • Youth: Greater focus on non-formal education, financial support, and spaces that encourage young people to stay in their communities.

  • Partner organizations: Strengthen international cooperation, share best practices, and promote civic awareness among young people
